Architectural guidelines making the planning and design of your dream house as easy as possible!

Architectural guidelines have been created in response to the natural beauty of the estate and the region with the goal to develop a cohesive architectural character in harmony with the environment.  Buildings should blend into the surroundings of the golf course to ensure synergy.  The use of natural stone, timber and other specified building materials are encouraged to make this possible.

If you want to be one of the first people to book your property in this prime estate, you can get in contact with Ms. Colene Fourie at 082 772 9914 or via e-mail at colene[@]marblehallgolf.co.za (use address without the brackets).

Home owners are required to use earthy and natural tones in order for the buildings to merge with the landscape.  Owners will have to obtain from the Home Owners Association, prior to the submission of any design concept and sketch plans, a list of the requirements relating to the details to be provided for the plan approval process and also obtain documentation including erf diagrams, services connection diagrams and contour plans that may be required to facilitate the design process.

Below are just some ideas.

The estate is situated close to a variety of tourism attractions and facilities.
